Alexander Knothe

This is a theoretical concept for a structure to provide shade over a large, open area in my high school. My concept was essentially a large dome that covered the school with four archs in the cardinal directions that would have some material stretched between each one that would cast a shade onto specified spots. This image was made by creating a 3D model of the dome in Tinkercad and taking a correct perspective shot of the model and merging that shot with the image of the open area.
